Every three months we provide staff with a paid day off to volunteer, in particular with the care & education sectors we serve.  From volunteering with the local elderly and vulnerable to helping people with learning disabilities to lead their best lives.  We feel that it is important for our team to understand who we help and why the giving back to the community is so important.

We also work with The GEM Project, a local charity that aims to engage with and support individuals within Gloucestershire who are currently dealing with circumstances that are potentially causing barriers to work.  Our senior team regularly run workshops covering CV writing, interview preparation, using online job boards and range of other topics to help people find meaningful and rewarding employment.

Each member of the team is encouraged to support their local passion and we encourage our staff to go above and beyond, offering increased flexibility around working schedules for further volunteering they find fulfilling.

We want to support charities as much as we can and we’re always interested in new partnerships.  Please get in touch to talk about how we can help.
